A Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor, trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), with over 2,000 hours of group facilitation experience. DBT groups focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. My overall approach is grounded in person-centered therapy and guided by the belief that compassion and connection are essential for meaningful change. As a registered yoga teacher since 2006, I often integrate somatic practices for a more holistic, mind-body, trauma-informed experience. I am passionate about mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. I believe in the power of therapy and the unique benefits of group therapy to foster connection, healing, and self-awareness in a safe, supportive, and skill-building environment.
